Yoga & Cultural Immersion
  • Morning yoga and meditation with ocean views.
  • Visit Wat Phra Yai (Big Buddha) and Wat Plai Laem, two iconic temples that reveal Thailand’s deep spiritual roots.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant before returning for an afternoon alignment-focused yoga session.
  • Buffet-style dinner and reflection circle.
Mindfulness & Relaxation
  • Sunrise yoga session followed by fresh tropical breakfast.
